SDS Procida borrows $94M for condo

Chicago-based Corus Bank has provided $93.5 million in construction financing for SDS Procida Development’s new 85-unit luxury condominium, the Dillon. Smith-Miller + Hawkinson Architects designed the 204,400-square-foot project, which is set to rise at 425 West 53rd Street.
