Rockrose Corporation has purchased a 22,000-square-foot lot at 476 Eleventh Avenue for $83.4 million, according to public records. The development site, which is within the rezoned Hudson Yards district, is one block north of a planned two-tower, 835-unit rental project that Rockrose has broken ground on at 505 West 37th Street. The development will extend from 37th to 38th streets and from 10th Avenue halfway down the block to 11th Avenue. Rockrose is also building a 394-unit rental building at 455 West 37th Street. That property runs from 37th to 38th streets and from 10th Avenue halfway down the block to Ninth Avenue. Howard Greenberg of DeMarzo Realty brokered the deal. SLNY Operating Co. sold the lot.
