Coney Island rink proposed

The city and the Rockwell Group have proposed a 40,000 square-foot ice rink beneath Coney Island’s Wonder Wheel, which could be used for sailing in the summer. Also proposed is a 350-foot-tall spinning column on Stillwell Avenue, which would be Coney Island’s tallest attraction.
