$1B Meadowlands project gets reprieve

EnCap’s struggling $1 billion effort to transform Meadowlands landfills into upscale housing and golf courses got a 30-day extension to clean up environmental hazards. Donald Trump took over the development’s daily management earlier this month and is overhauling its marketing strategy. Trump had asked for a six-month extension to create a new masterplan for the 785-acre project.
