Curtis Martin, the former New York Jets star running back, has
reportedly backed out of buying Brooklyn’s priciest apartment, a $7.25
million waterfront penthouse at 1 Brooklyn Bridge Park in Brooklyn
Heights. The 4,638- square-foot triplex has 360-degree views of
Manhattan and Brooklyn. A $3.8 million penthouse at the Aurora in
Williamsburg still holds the record for the borough’s most expensive
condo.
