Law firm eyes planned 8th Ave. tower

The law firm Proskauer Rose is reportedly planning on taking 600,000
square feet at Boston Properties’ planned tower at Eighth Avenue and
55th Street. The 1 million square-foot tower could open by the end of
2009. Proskauer Rose is located at 1585 Broadway, where Morgan Stanley
is headquartered.
