Residents of Trinity House, a 200-unit apartment tower on West 92nd
Street, are protesting a plan by the Trinity School, the building’s
owner, to sell the property to Pembroke Companies, which would convert
it to condos. The complex is part of the Mitchell-Lama affordable
housing program. Several Trinity teachers live in the building. The
school would net $24 million in the sale.
