Muss hires Doctoroff aide

Muss Development has hired James Whelan, outgoing Deputy Mayor Dan
Doctoroff’s chief of staff, to be its senior vice president of public
affairs. Doctoroff announced last week that was leaving his job as the
city’s development czar.
