Three developers lead Hudson Yards race

The M.T.A. reportedly favors the three Hudson Yards bidders with anchor
tenants, and could make them merge their plans. The agency can choose
parts of different bids to maximize revenue and attract the strongest
tenants. Related Companies has teamed with Rupert Murdoch’s News Corp.;
Durst Organization and Vornado Realty Trust with Condé Nast; and
Tishman Speyer with Morgan Stanley.
