The advertising firm Arnell Group has reportedly agreed to pay $70 per
square foot to take the 40,000-square-foot 37th floor at 7 World Trade
Center. Omnicom, Arnell’s parent company, signed another large lease in
the area this fall when it took about 185,000 square feet at 195
Broadway in November for its subsidiary OMD. At 7 World Trade Center,
10 of the remaining 11 empty floors are at the top of the 52-story
tower, with asking rents above $75 per square foot.
