Levi’s has signed a 10-year deal for space at 1501 Broadway in Times
Square. The store will take about 8,700 square feet for an asking rent
of $4.225 million a year, according to CoStar Group. Jeffrey Roseman
and Paul Berkman of Newmark Knight Frank Retail represented the
building’s owners, who are combining the former Ollies noodle shop and
a camera store for Levi’s.
