Banker buys at 15CPW for $20M

Jeffrey C. Walker, chairman of CCMP Capital Advisors, has purchased a
condo at 15 Central Park West for $20.65 million, according to public
records. Walker, formerly the managing partner of JPMorgan Partners,
and his wife Suzanne closed on unit 14D on Dec. 4. Residents began
moving into the Robert A.M. Stern-designed building last month.
Brothers Arthur and William Zeckendorf and their partners have netted
over $1.8 billion from 15 CPW. TRD
