Chelsea office building sells for $85M

A century-old 150,000-square foot office building at 641 Sixth Avenue has sold for $85 million, according to public records. The building, which has an alternate address of 100 West 20th Street, is home to a Bally’s gym, Radio Shack and Apex Technical School. The seller was listed as 641 Americas Corp., whose president is Richard S. Barry, while the buyer was not listed. TRD
