Merrill Lynch to remain at WFC for now

Merrill Lynch has reportedly put off plans to move its headquarters and could sign five-year lease renewal with Brookfield Properties, landlord of the World Financial Center. Vornado Realty Trust wanted to put Merrill Lynch in A New Tower Planned For The Hotel Pennsylvania Site Across The Street from Penn Station, while Larry Silverstein had tried to get the bank to move to 3 World Trade Center, being built at 175 Greenwich Street tower.
