A century-old industrial building in Williamsburg has sold for $15.8 million to LCOR Inc., a Pennsylvania-based developer with offices at One Penn Plaza. The property at 34 Berry Street and North 12th Street, a block from Bedford Avenue, was sold by the Sharon family of Harrison, according to public records. The building is 37,700 square, but is zoned for a maximum buildable area of 108,000 square feet. LCOR bills itself on its Website as “a pioneer and leader in the development of mixed-use live-work-play environments.” LCOR developed Chelsea Stratus, a 40-story, 204-unit luxury condominium at 101 West 24th Street in Chelsea that was slated to open this year.
