Critics say Hudson Yards plans lack infrastructure

The Hudson Yards Community Advisory Committee, an influential community group on the Far West Side, has issued a report to the M.T.A. saying that the 26-acre project lacks public infrastructure. The neighborhood needs two power substations, a police station, fire station, a library and day care facilities, the group said.
