Mortgage rates hit lowest level since ’05 

Worries about the economy have pushed mortgage rates down to their lowest levels since September 2005, according to Bankrate.com. Since Christmas, mortgage rates have fallen nearly a half percentage point, the biggest two-week decline since May 1995.
