Co-op board rejected Moby’s buyer

Moby, also known as musician Richard Melville Hall, found a
buyer in September willing to pay near his asking price of $7.5 million for his
four-floor El Dorado
penthouse apartment. But the co-op board at 300 Central
Park West rejected the buyer, and Moby re-listed the apartment. In
August, Moby took The Real Deal on a video tour of his apartment.
