Capstone Equities has purchased a 250,000 square-foot office building at 156 William Street for $60 million. Gensler Architects is drawing up designs for a new lobby and curtain wall. Last year, Capstone paid $325 million for 14 Wall Street. Georgia Malone and Company represented Capstone’s Josh Zamir and Daniel Ghadamian in the deal.
