Chelsea building that housed B.E.D. nightclub sells for $29.4 million

Centaur Properties, led by investors Henry Hay and Harlan Berger, has purchased the former home of the nightclub B.E.D. at 530-542 West 27th Street for $29.4 million, according to public records. The building, located between Tenth and Eleventh avenues, is near several other nightclubs. B.E.D. closed last February, just after a patron was murdered.
