Centaur Properties, led by investors Henry Hay and Harlan Berger, could turn the former home of the B.E.D. and Spirit nightclubs into a small facility for the film industry. Centaur’s purchase of 530-542 West 27th Street for $29.4 million, between Tenth and Eleventh avenues, was first reported by The Real Deal. The six-story building was sold by club owner Rob Wootton, who bought it for just $13.5 million. TRD
