Downtown Brooklyn towers welcome residents

Eleven condo and rental towers in Downtown Brooklyn are welcoming their first residents soon, as a combined 1,480 units are ready for move-ins. In the first two weeks of January alone, 150 new residential units were completed. At BellTel lofts, apartments range from $500 to $700 per square foot. The tower is 30 percent sold after a year on the market.
