Morgan Stanley seeks architect for Hudson Yards HQ

Morgan Stanley is reportedly seeking an architect to design a Hudson Yards headquarters. The firm has partnered with developer Tishman Speyer, which is bidding for the right to develop the MTA site. Architect Helmut Jahn led the master plan for the proposal, released in November. A Tishman Speyer spokesman said the joint venture has “always intended to bring on board additional world-class architects to design specific buildings.” The MTA plans to announce a winning bidder in March.
