Although New Jersey office market numbers remained stable throughout 2007, the market could weaken in 2008 if the economy falters, a report by brokerage Newmark Knight Frank said. Last year’s numbers fluctuated very little, with New Jersey’s overall availability rate rising to 16.9 percent from 16.6 percent in the third quarter. The overall weighted average asking rent increased from $26.13 per square foot in the third quarter to $26.32 in the fourth quarter. TRD
