Report: Stein’s autopsy shows no pot

The Post is reporting that an autopsy concludes that murdered celebrity broker Linda Stein reportedly had not smoked marijuana, contrary to the confession of her personal assistant. In her confession, Natavia Lowery said Stein shouted racial slurs at her and then blew marijuana smoke at her even after she said it was making her nauseous. Prosecutors and NYPD investigators reportedly believe that Lowery had been stealing from Stein’s bank and credit-card accounts and that she killed Stein when she learned of the thefts. Lowery’s lawyer says the police coerced her into a false confession.
