Ricky Martin’s old Time Warner Center condo sells for $15 million

A seven-room condo at the Time Warner Center that pop star Ricky Martin sold for $9.75 million in 2006 has sold for $15.85 million, according to public records posted today. The condo had been listed by an art collector for $18.9 million, the Wall Street Journal reported in October. The 3,050-square-foot apartment is on the 65th floor, overlooking Central Park. The buyer’s name was not listed on the deed. Martin, who bought the condo for just $6.8 million in 2004, owns an apartment at 40 Bond the he bought for $6.3 million. TRD
