Hugo Boss moving into Soho building

Hugo Boss is moving into a SoHo building owned by Scholastic. The retailer will replace an Ann Taylor Loft store at the 9,000 square foot retail space at 555 Broadway. Developer Jeff Sutton bought out Ann Taylor’s lease, got an extension from Scholastic and leased the space to Hugo Boss for 12 years.
