Perseus buys 7 Washington Heights apartment buildings

Perseus Management bought seven apartment buildings in Washington Heights
with 323 apartments and one retail unit for $44 million from Kingsley Realty
Management. The buildings are at 35 Fort Washington Avenue, 247 Wadsworth
Avenue, 672 St. Nicholas Avenue, 82 and 84 Wadsworth Avenue, 565 West 188th Street,
and 562 West 189th Street. Perseus paid $135,384.62 per unit and $142.51 per square
foot.
