On the same day that work resumed at the Trump Soho hotel-condo, Prodigy International, the firm selling the tower’s units, says 53 percent have sold since sales began in September. Prodigy International said that foreign buyers accounted for the majority of sales. The city issued a stop-work order after a construction worker fell 40 stories to his death on Jan. 14. The Department of Buildings has allowed contractor Bovis Lend Lease to resume work on the first 23 floors of the 42-story tower, the Associated Press reported. TRD
