Gowanus Village site back on market

Developer Shaya Boymelgreen has put his four-acre Gowanus Village site back on the market. Luxe waterfront condos had been planned for the site, which has 470 feet of Gowanus Canal frontage. Boymelgreen put it up for sale for $27 million after he split with his partners.
