The bottom floor of a 810 Fifth Avenue triplex once owned by Nelson Rockefeller, the late vice president and governor, has hit the market for $27.5 million. The 4,000 square foot, 12th-floor co-op has a two-bedroom master suite Central Park frontage. The top two floors of Rockefeller’s old apartment are owned by Blackstone Group co-founder Peter G. Peterson. He bought that apartment last year from DreamWorks co-founder David Geffen for $37.5 million.
