Plaza Hotel re-opens to guests tomorrow

The Plaza Hotel officially re-opens its doors to guests tomorrow after a $400 million, two-year renovation and condo conversion. The newly-open hotel now includes 282 guest rooms and 181 condo units. Lounges and restaurants like the Palm Court, Oak Room and Oak Bar are all slated to open within the next few months. The Real Deal reported earlier this month that condo owners at the Plaza trying to rent out their units have been struggling to find takers.
