The ever-popular 15 Central Park West has been lucrative for more than just its developers, the Zeckendorfs. Halstead Property broker Dorothy Somekh purchased a two-bedroom condo back in 2005 for $2.5 million, and recently resold it for $4.75 million, nearly twice as much. Businesses in the surrounding area hope to cash in as well. The new bar/charcuterie Bar Boulud and the Center Cut steakhouse say they realized early on that the building would be full of high-spending potential customers.
