A six-story luxury rental apartment building is planned for a 35,000-square-foot development site in Williamsburg
that just sold for $20 million. Heatherwood Properties bought the site at 580 Union Avenue,
which is a collection of vacant warehouses and lots. Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates’ Bob
Klein, who brokered the sale, said “Contiguous, developable land
parcels in [the area] are nearly impossible to find.”
