Windows fall from Chelsea Stratus

Window panes have fallen from Chelsea Stratus, Chelsea’s tallest building. Orange flags were hanging where the window panes had been, mostly on terraces. The 40-story tower will feature a ground-level entertainment area with a media lounge, billiard area, fitness center and basketball court, along with ground-floor and rooftop terraces.
