The slowing housing market has claimed the Santiago Calatrava-designed “Sky Cubes” tower at 80 South Street, near the East River. The property is back on the market and could sell for up to $115 million. The 835-foot tall tower featured a dozen townhouses with outdoor gardens. The investor group that includes Sciame and Cord Meyer Development is selling the 8,128-foot parcel at South and Fletcher streets, where a 288,670-square-foot development can be built, including 144,318 square feet of residential.
