Three Southampton hotels selling

Atlas Resorts has put three recently renovated Southampton boutique hotels on the market, which make up 43 percent of the town’s hotel rooms. The luxury hotels are the Bentley, the Atlantic and the Capri, and include a total of 49 suites and 84 rooms, as well as 218 parking spaces. Any of the hotels could be converted to condos. The 12,216-square-foot Capri includes the prominent restaurant/nightclub Pink Elephant. The two-story Bentley is about 26,400 square feet, and has about 1,000 feet of frontage on Route 27. The two-story Atlantic is about 30,000 square feet and has 1,500 feet of frontage on Route 27. Massey Knakal Realty Services is marketing the properties. TRD
