Stringer calls for PA to take over Moynihan Station

Manhattan Borough President Scott Stringer has joined Senator Charles Schumer in calling for the Port Authority to take control of the troubled Moynihan Station project. Stringer said the design, operation, and maintenance of the new train station should be given to a new State-City public conservancy.
