The Post reports that a 55-acre property in North Haven known as Tyndal Point has been re-listed for $75 million, down from the $80 million it originally listed for in January 2007. The estate, owned by Robert W. Rust, a former Florida U.S. attorney, includes three homes, an orchard, a pond, docks and 3,000 feet of shoreline. Corcoran broker Gary DePersia is co-listing the property with Scott Strough of Strough Real Estate Associates. Dolly Lenz of Prudential Douglas Elliman had the original listing. Rust complained that Elliman didn’t do enough to market the property. TRD
