A 19th century townhouse on a tree-lined street in the West Village sold for $11.995 million.
The buyer of the 3,300-square-foot house at 85 Perry Street was identified as Falconer, LLC. The seller, according to city records posted today, was Paul Critchlow, an executive with Merrill Lynch, the records showed.
The four-story, four-bedroom townhouse was built in 1818, and includes a rooftop aerie, as well as three wood-burning fireplaces.
The broker on the sale, Diane Nichols of J.C. DeNiro and Associates, said she received two offers on the same day for the property, the winning cash bid and another for slightly less.
