Rapper’s townhouse to be auctioned

Rapper DMX’s Harlem townhouse at 2007 Fifth Avenue will be auctioned on August 13. DMX bough the now vacant 18-foot wide property in 2001 for $725,000 but was not able to convert the building to high-priced rentals. Meanwhile, the rapper-actor, whose legal name is Earl Simmons, has been arrested in Miami for driving without a valid license.
