New Williamsburg development going rental

A new 30-unit residential building in Williamsburg that had been planned as condos will instead be rentals. The development at 924 Metropolitan Avenue, between Catherine and Olive streets, is being built by David Schwartz of Rush Brook Partners. Amenities include a landscaped open roof, a gym, storage, laundry and parking. This month, The Real Deal takes a look at condos going rental.
