Reality TV spotlights NYC

Several reality TV shows are putting New York City neighborhoods in the limelight. In addition to the “Real World” cast probably living in Red Hook, “Top Chef” contestants battling with forks and knives in Williamsburg, and another “Project Runway” season at the Atlas, there are a few other reality TV shows lurking in the city. Tribeca is filled with reality TV wanna-be stars: The Tyra Banks-produced show “Stylista” is rumored to be filming at a residence in the area, last season’s “America’s Next Top Model” contenders lived at 39 Lispenard Street and “I Want to Work for Diddy” is at 137 Duane Street. Back in Brooklyn, rapper 50 Cent will be shooting an “Apprentice”-style show in Greenpoint.
