Ritzy units go up for rent

Three of the city’s most expensive rental apartments hit the market last week, each asking a whopping $75,000 per month. At the Plaza, the building’s largest original apartment, the Astor Suite, went on the rental market after being purchased by Espirit clothing founder Jurgen Friedrich last November for $25 million. The unit has about 4,300 square feet. A duplex penthouse at 25 West Houston as well as a Waldorf Towers unit also went up for rental. These rentals join other high priced rentals, including a record high rental: the Trump Park Avenue penthouse duplex being offered for $200,000.
