Harlem condo goes hostel

Harlem’s Lotta, a West 118th Street project once pegged to become a boutique condominium building, is now being developed as a youth hostel and hotel. The switch is just one example of the ever-changing Harlem market. Along with developments like Lotta, a large number of new units are hitting the market, including SOHA 118 (93 units), Fifth on the Park (160 units), the eco-friendly Kalahari (249 units) and the boutique building 2056 Fifth Avenue, also known as The Rhapsody.
