Lehman Bros. could sell $40B in real estate

Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. is reportedly negotiating to sell its $40 billion portfolio of commercial real estate. The bank could divest its portfolio by one portion at a time. If it fails to make a deal, it could list the unit separately.
