City looks to develop vacant 125th Street structure 

The city Economic Development Corp. is accepting proposals from local art groups to move into Mart 125 on 125th Street in Harlem. Mart 125 is a former indoor marketplace that has been closed for several years. Cultural organizations from Harlem are being given preference to occupy a street-level performance space. A developer will be chosen for the building after a cultural group is selected in October.
