Prices fall in Harlem

Residential real estate prices are dropping in Harlem, and brokers are
struggling to find buyers for townhouses and condos. A house at 158
West 130th Street sold in July for $1.5 million, down from an
initial asking price of $2.6 million. A brownstone at 2107 Fifth Avenue
at 129th Street that sold for $1.09 million in 2006 is now on the
market for $1.05 million.
