Two Upper East Side townhouses once owned by artist Andy Warhol have lingered on the market and are seeing sizable price cuts. Warhol lived at 57 East 66th Street from 1974 until his death in 1987. The original asking price was $38.5 million. It has been cut to $35 million. Before moving to 66th Street, Warhol lived with his mother at 1342 Lexington Avenue, at East 89th Street. The asking price was $5.99 million, and is now $4 million.
