Bushwick condo in works

Bushwick is getting a new condo at 320 Knickerbocker Avenue at Hart Street. The
49-unit condo, called the Knickerbocker, will have a gym, virtual doorman, roof
access and storage, according to its Web site. About 40 percent of the units
will have terraces or patios, and the building is striving for LEED
certification. The developer is renovating the existing building and adding a
floor of penthouse units. Information about prices and expected completion date is not on the Web site.
